Kurzbeschreibung	"Topographia Nova is a publication about the visual research for an installation at the Bavarian State Library in Munich. The actual work consists of a printed frieze forming a mesh of etchings and pencil drawings. Historical maps and plans of Munich from the library’s collection were integrated as subtle motifs in the process. The publication brings together a montage of text and image starting out with archival material interspersed with sketches and prints and ending with photographic documentation of the installation.
